Partner Impact Empower (PIE)
Help us make a difference for Springdale students in the classroom and beyond!
The Partner Impact Empower (PIE) program is a rotating nine-week supply drive focused on providing specific, high-priority items each quarter. We will work with our corporate partners and volunteers to collect basic essentials like socks, coats, underwear, hygiene products, and laundry detergent.
Because it is the largest school district in the state, and has 71% of students eligible for free or reduced lunch, Springdale Public Schools is our first partner in this pilot program.

Impact Results
October 23, 2026: In partnership with Springdale Public Schools, the first nine-week supply drive provided essential hygiene products, clothing, and household supplies to the Treehouse Pantry, helping ensure students and families have access to the items they need to thrive.
Together, our corporate partners donated 252 pairs of socks, 118 pairs of underwear, 13 pairs of shoes, 385 toothbrushes, 142 tubes of toothpaste, and additional essentials, including deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent.
The need was clear: when United Way NWA visited the pantry, staff showed us bins that had been full of hygiene products at the beginning of the school year but were now empty as students and families had used those supplies. The donations arrived just in time to replenish these essential resources.
Thank you to Bekaert, Black Hills Energy, CEI, Fitness One–Lowell, HoganTaylor, Huntington Bank, Springdale Schools Treehouse Pantry, and United Federal Credit Union for making this first round possible.
Together, we turn community participation into community impact.
