We are committed to fighting for justice and equality for all people, and addressing racial inequities that prevent access to opportunities for prosperity. We strive to develop a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through personal and professional development activities. Together, we can create a better future for everyone.

Our Core Values

Stewardship • Excellence •  Innovation • Collaboration • Impact

We use funds thoughtfully, aim for excellence in our programs, think outside the box to address community needs, collaborate with others, and strive to guide organizations to serve the community effectively.
